We loved the isolation and to be able to disconnect from our busy lives. It was very quiet and peaceful. You donāt notice your neighbors and everyone is very respectful of each other. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the temperature in the room was right where we wanted it to be. The breakfast far exceeded our expectations and was amazing. The staff member that was in charge of the breakfast was friendly and he offered to make us things that they were out of even though it was close to the end of breakfast. He also apologized for things taking a bit to be refilled/restocked as he was the only one working...

Location location. This property has such an outstanding view of river, dam, city scape and sunset that it becomes a destination in itself. Comfort bed in nice room with said view. Small breakfast nook with standard continental breakfast fare. Outside seating area with great views. Driveway potholed and jarring. This likely keeps speeds down to the benefit of the homes along the down hill side

This hotel doesn't look like much from the outside. But it's a very beautiful, clean and well-maintained place inside. The restaurant staff lacked skills to offer friendly service however, the food was very good to excellent! We were surprised to find such a nice place in such a small town.
