"Beautiful hotel, excellent location. We arrived after a transatlantic flight and were happy thst the room was ready- but then one staff came over and said she couldn’t give us the room until at least 12 noon (?), unless we paid an extra 50 euro. I can understand if the room isn’t ready, that happens - but if it’s ready what is the point in making us wait? That kind of soured our experience unfortunately."

"The room was very nice and clean. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was a huge buffet. Downside, there are not many restaurant choices in the area."

"The room vas very clean, spacious and had a nice view of some green space accross the road also didnt hear any loud noises from the road that could wake you up. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. The breakfast had a good selection of cold meats, cheeses, few cakes, small waffles, They also had some hot foods available aswell, drinks both hot and cold, juices and a few other items, all fresh and tasty. The bar has a good selection of items and the price was quite good at the time of our stay plus its open nearly all night (Possibly all night - make sure to check) and they have a nice seating area next to the bar area."

"At check-in, there was a man and a woman. I clearly arrived before those two guests, but the female receptionist called them both to check in first and asked me to wait there. Then the male receptionist, who had his hair in a braid, pronounced my name in a very strange tone while entering it into the system, which made me feel quite uncomfortable."

"Convenient super market access as is in same building. Slightly difficult to find reception at first as elevators require room key to use. Best route is to enter into the building where the tall sign is that mentions the hotel and speak to reception just inside door."

"They should offer a bottle of water or two of 500ml. It cost them nothing. I arrived late and needed water but could not find some in the room late night. "
