"Wir haben das Apartment kurzfristig einen Tag vor Anreise gebucht. Unsere Tochter ist leider mit hohem Fieber aufgewacht und wir wollten ihr eine 8 stündige Anreise ersparen. Eine Stornierung wurde nicht gewährt, auch nicht teilweise. Das ist schade aber verständlich. Wir kamen nachts an. Das Haus von außen sieht aus wie eine Baustelle, ebenso der gesamte Eingang und das Treppenhaus. Die Heizungen waren aus und es stand ein zusätzlicher elektrischer Heizer im Raum der uns schon stutzig gemacht...

"Overall clean. We had to buy our own toilet paper (3 rolls for 2 people for an 11 day stay. The bathroom was VERY tiny. The toilet situated so close to the shower that you couldn't sit on it straight. The step down from the shower was very steep and we had a hard time hanging on to something to get out of it. The 2nd bedroom I would not recommend for older adults. Children would be fine. The ladder to the bed is very steep. The washing machine worked well, as so the stove and oven. NO air...

"Draps pas sales à changer nous mêmes, Beaucoup d'accèssoires de l'inventaire manquant. Cuisine difficilement utilisable. Couverts sales... Enorme chantier bruyant (fondations) juste en face dès 6h. Gérance uniquement via chat et qui propose des upgrades pour venir corriger leurs erreures ou simplement accorder un delai d'heure pour le checkout (10h). Heureusement qu'Hambourg fait oublier ces désagréments..."

"This place was clean and in a nice neighborhood, conveniently located near transit. Could have used at least a few hooks to hang coats, bags and towels. The shower doors did not seal very well, which meant water would escape onto the floor every time it was used."
