"As promised here are some remarks. - Left bed: One wooden bar of the bed rail was broken; Matras was therefore very weak - No bedlight for one of the beds (?...) - Several duvets in the wardrobe, so clothes cannot be stored (?...) - No dishcloths in the apartment - Too few towel /clothing hooks in the bathroom - No TV instructions/users manual - Tea strainer would have been useful."

"Das Zimmer und die Küche waren gut ausgestattet, Bad war in Ordnung, leider gibt es kein Fenster, für den Städtetrip aber ok! Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden, Ventilator auch vorhanden. Late check out war möglich, Gastgeber ist sehr nett und unkompliziert! Lage war sehr zentral und ruhig, zu Fuß war die Ubahn oder die Reeperbahn schnell erreicht."

"Overall clean. We had to buy our own toilet paper (3 rolls for 2 people for an 11 day stay. The bathroom was VERY tiny. The toilet situated so close to the shower that you couldn't sit on it straight. The step down from the shower was very steep and we had a hard time hanging on to something to get out of it. The 2nd bedroom I would not recommend for older adults. Children would be fine. The ladder to the bed is very steep. The washing machine worked well, as so the stove and oven. NO air...

Gérance uniquement via chat et qui propose des upgrades pour venir corriger leurs erreures ou simplement accorder un delai d'heure pour le checkout (10h). Heureusement qu'Hambourg fait oublier ces désagréments..."
