"Took two hours to check in after which time they had to move me and many other guests to another building in order to get their automated key system to work. Then when I came back to my room I found in crawling with all kinds of bugs from ants to beetles to wasps. Then the customer service when confronted with this did their best to not give a refund. Never use this hotel."

"The town location wasn’t my favorite personally but this hotel was a cool spot to stay at. It’s attached to a dive bar with a pool table on ground level which was nice and rooms were clean and staff was really nice. Just not a fan of the location of the place itself mainly. "

"This was a wonderful hostel to stay at! The host was very kind and caring, they were flexible with our arrival time, and prepared food for us in good time (and they catered to vegans and the food itself was very nice!). The hostel itself was very clean, it has a nice garden, it is near a river. Very good relaxation spot!"

"Excelente ubicacion, nos fuimos a pie desde la estacion de los buses, es un edificio pequeño, muy bien distribuido, baños en común muy limpios, en constante limpieza, nos atendio el Sr Marcelo, muy buena atencion, habla creo que 6 idiomas y es super super atento, esta pendiente de todo, fue de gran ayuda.
