The location of this hotel was great. It was right in the heart of the town amongst stores and restaurants. It was also within walking distance of the train station. The rooms were surprisingly quiet given its location. The breakfast had many options and the staff working it were amazing! The only thing that could be a problem for some travelers is the shower is in the tub may be difficult for some to step in. We loved our stay here!

This was a really nice hotel that was near everything. We could walk to all the areas and it’s nice that it’s only a 10 min walk to the Zürich HB train station. The family room was spacious and it was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was included.

Great hotel in the heart of old town. Location is amazing, near historic buildings, Lake Zurich and many restaurants. Staff is great, Dennis from the Front Desk recommended a great Fondue restaurant. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small but I think that is the standard for all hotels in old town.
