"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "Beautiful place and great service all around. It is not convenient to get around and some distance from town. But if you are looking for a calm place to rest and chill, this is excellent. We ordered grab food and the staff even helped to collect it and send it to our room."

"If you are travelling and want an airport hotel this is okay it’s incredibly busy takes a long time for room Service to come the lifts were broken - for a big hotel out of four lifts there was only two. "Very disappointed with the service of the pool. There are not enough lounge chairs to cater for the amount of people in the hotel. Not good enough. A lot of guests very unhapppy. "Had a great stay, especially with the free upgraded rooms which was a lovely bonus. Pools were excellent and able to get a lounge chair ok. It was hard at times to get service around the pool, but the food was great. Good restaurants outside of the resort along the beach. Cheaper bike hire along the beach too compared to the resort."
