"We were greeted by a charming guy called Alex. He was so friendly and welcoming. He did his very best to give us a room with a sea view, even though we’d not originally requested one. Rooms are comfortable, bed was comfy and we slept well. The hotel is near all amenities and wonderful walks around Mumbles and the pier. We’ll definitely stay here again. "

"I like that I can get a room on a higher floor and have a view of the sea. The room is very clean. I appreciate that the staff call me a taxi as I have to leave very late at night to take a bus to the airport.
