"When the forecast predicted storms for our Memorial Day weekend camping trip, my husband and I scrambled to shift our plans from tent to hotel. We stumbled upon the Salyards Mansion and could not have been more impressed with our stay. Our suite was so cozy, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area/porch made for the perfect place to enjoy a meal and play card games. "Loved, loved, loved this rental! Already thinking when I’ll go back💕 Everything was beautifully decorated, & maintained very well. Also loved how well the kitchen was stocked (core spices, pans, ziplocs, food storage containers, etc)! Definitely my new favorite place in Duluth. Oh, & I loved that the deck felt like I was in a treehouse, with trees overhanging. Thank you, Tabitha!"

"My Husband and I stayed here one night as we passed through on our way home to Missouri. It was very cute and clean. The outhouse was not bad at all. We took to the hike to the lake and explored the beach before coming back to the cabin. Warming up soup for dinner that we brought and reading some books that were n the cabin. "I LOVED the Sunrise cabin! It was camping but with a few amenities that made the experience much better than sleeping in a tent. Very peaceful and quiet and only a 10 minute walk to Lake Superior. The showers in the lodge were an added bonus. I definitely will be back and have already shared with friends, encouraging them to check out this awesome place!"
