"The staff here was absolutely AMAZING! Mindy, Crystal, and all of the others were so kind, so accommodating and really made all the difference in our stay. I travel a LOT and have to say that the staff at this location are the best that I have ever encountered."

"I would not highly recommend this hotel!! First, I was being harassed by a man that they had to call the police on, secondly, they could not provide me with the necessaries I needed as in more towels, wash rags but with doing so by using their towels and rags I contracted a yeast infection!!!! It’s nothing around to do if you would like to enjoy outdoors. I will not come back here. "

"Although the bartender was friendly, it was extremely difficult to get service because he was the only person checking on guest, making drinks and answering the phones. Everything about the experience required more time and patience then should be required for a hotel say. The shuttle driver in the morning looks also the front desk person he was not friendly or polite. The bar had a poor sanitation score as did the dining area. A 90 and a 91 are not score as I would expect for a hotel charging $200 on a Monday night."

"The handicap bathroom was not handicap friendly and frankly it was disturbing you consider it ADA. The bar was not located in a reasonable location to get in and out of the shower. It was all the way to the right side away from the water control and it wasnt even in the shower to support yourself during. It was also hard to even more around in the bathroom due to the limited space. Im physically disabled and I actually fell showering because the bar wasnt in the right location of the shower. Im not in a chair but if someone was they wouldnt be able to use that bathroom safely. Kinda disappointed with the accessibility being disabled ♿️. The staff was ok and the small snack stand was extremely overpriced. "

"Check-in was very smooth, easy and fast. The young man wo checked us in was very friendly, made us feel welcomed. The overall stay at the hotel was ok, the only issue we encountered was Saturday night/Sunday morning. The front desk clerk was less than helpful. Went downstairs to ask her for a bag for the ice chest, however, she was so busy paying attention to her phone she 'claimed' she didnt know where they were. I guess I should have called downstairs before I went down."
