"No water pressure in the hotel whatsoever! We were on the third floor (2xfamily room) and neither room had pressure. We realised this was a bigger issue with the long queues at reception and many people complaining. When we asked for support the hotel staff were dismissive and said there is nothing they can do. The food at breakfast was basic and not replenished in good time. The hotel knew of the issue prior to our arrival, I would have preferred to have been informed and given the option of a...
