"The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "

"Staff was nice never had an issue with anything I will say the pictures are way different than in person. When we walked in we noticed 2 roaches and the kitchen burners weren’t working in the room. There were hairs in the shower and on the floors. It looked like the only cleaner was just the sheets I actually had to go buy a mop and broom to clean up because it made me crazy to walk on that. The room is super spacious where I stayed in but they just need better maintenance on the property as in fixes of paint, appliances and as well are better training on cleaning staff. If you’re looking for an extended stay I would recommend just because the price and location if you don’t mind cleaning up a bit then it should be fine. Also great location for door dash it was non stop."
