"Booked 4 nights for our mom’s caregiver and she left the second day before midnight because of bed bugs. She told the front desk she was leaving. The room was not also very clean.
I called expedia to request a refund after the second night about 1h30 after the regular check out (11am), and the Motel 6 refused to refund the 3rd and 4th nights. We only got money back for the 4th night. I also think Expedia did not push enough for us to get that refund.
I will never use this Motel ever again!"
"Our room as clean and fresh smelling. The office clerk was able to put us on the first floor which is always a plus. Our air conditioner worked wonderfully, which is always a bonus. The only complaint we had for our room as the shower head was basically a trickle. There was plenty of water pressure when you turned on the faucet but it didn't translate to the shower head. We appreciate that Motel 6 is now carpet free. This makes the room feel cleaner. Our bed was firm but comfortable. We travel...
