"Very nice staff, great location, clean rooms. Amentities downstairs were a bit lacking. They ran out of water bottles and no free water is in the room or even water to purchase. So it’s best to bring some before you arrive. Our room was really nice and the free breakfast was plentiful."

"This hotel was in the heart of downtown Knoxville and we loved his location. So close to the market Square with lots of shops, restaurants, and even a farmers market on the weekend. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had when traveling. It was delicious and offered what we needed on a Paleo diet. The staff at the desk were helpful and the ladies serving the breakfast meal were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room was very large and even though we expected a king size bed, we had two large queens with a good size sitting area. We appreciated the room service that was available if we needed/wanted it. Having the lounge on the roof was an unexpected treat— they did not have great variety of food available, but they had an amazing view of the city!! The hotel’s location was perfect for us—-less than half a mile from the convention center, and it was a great way to get in a little bit of exercise to and from our meetings. We also walked down to the river to take a lunch cruise—so convenient. We very much recommend this hotel and hope to find more like it!"

"Lovely bar, rooftop lounge and pool (only 3ft deep) workout room plus our room had a Pelaton bike and various workout weights and balls, tension bands and great views of downtown and beyond. Great morning breakfast choices and helpful staff."
