In this quaint Craftsman-style 2BR/1B, classic charm meets modern convenience! This newly renovated property boasts an inviting open-concept layout, abundant natural light, and tasteful updates throughout.

Located in an up-and-coming neighborhood close to the University of Tennessee, downtown, old city, local hospitals, and I-40, this cozy home is truly in the heart of Knoxville and close to it all!

Note: Furniture may vary slightly but will be similar in style, aesthetic, and functionality.

This space is very close to the UT campus, and many major hospitals for any traveling health professionals (see below). Our space is furnished by a nurse for other nurses or traveling professionals, including all the amenities that will make your stay as restful as possible!
