"The property is beautiful. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. A big drawback is dogs are allowed, and we had to tolerate one howling for hours in a room next to our room. We were offered an "upgrade" the first night to a room with 1 bed and a sleeper sofa (yet we were staying in a room with 2 kings - so not an upgrade at all - plus we didn't want an upgrade, as we just didn't want to listen to a howling animal). The second night another person at the front desk moved us to the same kind...
