Only 2 miles to Interstate 40, puts you at a convenient driving distance to everything in Knoxville. Quiet central H&A for your comfort. It is so peaceful in the sunroom for reading. Unwind with your pets by walking them in the large front and back lawn. Plenty of space to spread out, put your stuff down, enjoy a snack or make a full family meal in the vintage 1950s kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need for snacking and sipping easy clean-up with a fantastic diswasher. Every type of plate or cup or cookware is at your fingertips in the well-appointed kitchen. Enjoy the side porch or covered back porch, perfect for conversations and chilling out.

Quiet stay away from city

We had a nice quiet stay. We brought our dogs and there was plenty of yard for them to roam. I would definitely recommend if you want something convenient but close to the city.

Great Staycation

Great location for feeling like you are away from the city, but extremely convenient! Cutest retro decor makes you just want to slow down and take it in. Immaculate and clean inside and out. Can really tell lots of love went into this home. Wendy was very easy to communicate with and very flexible and accommodating!

Great little spot close to UT and grocery store

Had a great stay at this little retro house for our daughter’s graduation weekend. It was close enough to the campus to not dread the journey to go let the dog out. There is a nice little street to walk your dog and Wendy thought of all the little things you might need. (Ex- coffee pods, water bottles, extra ice in freezer, even an extra tooth brush for my daughter that forgot hers)Another plus was that it was super clean and had cooking supplies you might need and the grocery store was literally1.4 miles away. Overall a great stay where we could have our doggie and enjoy some quiet time when not celebrating with our daughter.
