"Amazing staff"

"Loved our stay here! Would come back in a heartbeat."

"the hotel grounds were not kept that well. It felt that it was overgrown and the gardens were not kept up. The yards were growing with weeds. The pool was quite nice, but it still had an area in the pool that was not cleaned daily, as the water was stagnant and did not get filtered in the very shallow area. Beautiful setting on the beach, and was thinking that it could be a much better feeling with just a little effort to keep up the property."

"Nice hotel overall. Sea view room and balcony was very nice. Buggy’s required to get around the resort but they are prompt and easy to call for. The restaurants are nothing exciting and very over priced. The Rock restaurant view for sunset is lovely. Breakfast buffet included with room was better than dinner. Beach is beautiful but not able to swim or enjoy due to large waves, tons of rocks and small sand area. If you’re a beach person this resort is not for you."

"Saknade endast möjligheten till middagar på hotellet"

"We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting...

"Room was fantastic. Clean, good air on. Staff was amazing, location a 2 min walk to beach. Felt safe. Food so good. No complaints. Staff helped with anything we needed"

"Clean room, away from busy traffic on main street. Staff was attentive and quickly found solutions."

"La chambre était propre mais tout le complexe aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Il devait être beau il y a 20 ans… aujourd’hui il y règne une ambiance de parc d’attraction désertique… le bar de plage était fermé à 21h, les massages sur la plage n’ont jamais ouvert…. C’est calme pour sur voir un peu flippant"

"First time visiting Koh Lanta and so pleased we stayed here!! Beautiful location, rooms clean and modern, breakfasts were delicious with excellent service, small pool we used everyday - would love to come back!!"

"Nach dem 10. Urlaub (Rundreisen mit vielen verschiedenen Übernachtungen) in Thailand sind wir der Ansicht, dass dieses Hotel das beste ist, was wir bis jetzt nutzen durften. Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln."

"Absolutely beautiful resort! Friendly and helpful staff. Food was delicious and location was convenient."

"We booked this hotel for six nights and checked out after one night, forfeiting nearly $1,000 in non-refundable charges in order to salvage our family vacation. We made the decision within an hour of arriving. Positives first: the rooms are actually decent for a 3-star, and the front desk staff are gracious. However, the property is ramshackle and not well-maintained. The beach is gray, rocky and full of trash. The pool is small. The food is bad - think penne arabiatte made with ketchup,...

"Kleine aber schöne und vor allem günstige Unterkunft an der Straße. Waren nur zur Überbrückung dort aber sehr positiv überrascht. Die Gastgeber waren wirklich sehr freundlich und kinderlieb. Würden wieder dort übernachten!"

"Beautiful and well maintained property. Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious /very clean rooms, decent pool and delicious breakfast. Lovely beach/ Ocean view from the restaurant. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone when visiting Ko Lanta!"
