Veldig fin beliggenhet, fine rom og omgivelser

Veldig kult hotell basert på små hus og leiligheter, veldig bra beliggenhet på stranda, helt fint basseng, bar og restaurant på hotellet med helt OK mat. Frokosten er litt kjedelig, men grei. Det som trekker litt ned er servicen som ikke er spesielt bra, litt vanskelig å få de til å vaske rommet, men generelt er det rent og fint på området. Veldig fint, velholdt og frodig hage som omlukker hotellet som gjør det veldig hyggelig. Passer bra for både par og familier, mye barer og restauranter på stranden, scooter leie på hotellet og grei beliggenhet i forhold til å komme seg rundt på øya.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed.

Fint hotel, men desværre fremstår det lidt slidt. Hotellet ligger perfekt beliggende og der er masser af restauranter i nærområdet. Morgenmaden er lkke specielt god, men billig.

Happy hollyday

Hyggeligt hotel kørt af familie hvad gør det super hyggeligt i forhold til Ibis Hua hin. Dejligt tæt ved stranden hyggelig bar og spise sted med udsigt over strand og havet. Det rum vi havde valgt var ikke det rum vi fik først så Vi valgte at tag det bedste de havde for 3000 bath ekstra, hvad vi ikke fortryder.. Og de ting som vores rum ikke virkede blev ordnet hurtigt og med et smil det var modsat på Ibis. Vi og i må anbefale et spise sted nær vores hotel kaldt tree sisters der spiste vi to gange om dagen hver dag og alt er bedre lige fra smag kvalitet med skønne smil og super service... Vi lejet en knallert for 200 bath pr. Dagpå vores hotel og det kan klart anbefales. Dog brugte vi kun poolen en gang deres rensning system var mega dårligt og alt for meget klor...vi havde begge hud irretiation 2 dage efter. De burde bruge det samme system som Ibis deres pool var vi i hver dag.

+Great location, right by the beach. +Pool is always plus if you get tired of getting sand everywhere -No maintenance....if something gets broken it stays that way. Very nice resort, but rundown. -Cleaning very slow. Had to wait my room to be cleaned for 4hours.

Uima-allas oli kiva ja siisti, hotellin ravintolan ruoka oli hyvää ja edullista, ranta oli ihan vieressä. Palvelu oli jokseenkin huonoa ja huoneen siivouksen sai vain pyydettäessä.

Unfriendly staff, good location

Great beach front location, rocks at low tide in water are not a problem at all for swimming and this beach is lovely, way better than long or Dao if you like your beaches laid back. Pool was really high in chemicals and stung to swim in and badly laid out, strange access etc. Breakfast included was really average and a battle every morning to actually get anything. Staff are not nice and our highlight was being told on the 30th that unless we paid to attend a New Year's Eve party we had to leave the hotel with no refund of our prepaid accomodation for the next 4 days. I tried to reason with them and finally said it was illegal and would contact police at which point they backed off. They also couldn't find our expedia booking when we arrived. Motorbike we rented there was clapped out and wouldn't give us two helmets. We spent all our time and money at Coco Eco next door with great pool, food and staff. Lanta Riviera have no concept of service or hospitality and staff at collocated freedom bar are no better. Head nth down to meeting point bar only a few mins walk !

Ok Hotell med dåligt läge

Helt ok hotell m fina bungalows men ligger helt off på rätt sunkig strand. Man får ta Tuk Tuk 20 min till Long Beach eller Klong Dao.

Ekstraordinært dårligt

Rod i receptionen, de nægtede, at jeg havde booket et Super De Luxe værelse, selv om jeg kunne fremvise bestilling o bookingnummer. Fuldstændig ligeglade og uinteresserede gav de mig et dårligt og beskidt værelse med en ventilator i loftet. Kun fordi jeg insisterede og simpelthen belejrede receptionen blev jeg til sidst kørt ind på naboresortet Coco, hvor jeg så til gengæld blev godt behandlet og fik et ok værelse.

We booked and pre-paid online. We were told on arrival that no rooms were available. Instead of apologizing, we were treated as if we were trying to cheat the staff. The first thing we heard when we walked to the desk was a "What?" from the desk manager. Then we were asked to 'prove' our booking, but received hostile refusals to be able to use the internet to show the confirmation email. When we were eventually accommodated, the room was noisy, being next to the bar and restaurant. The bed was tiny for two people, the room was damp and dirty and had lots of insects. The water occasionally shut off and so we couldn’t use the toilet or the shower. We had no sleep and no apology. At 9pm we were disturbed by another rude and hostile manager knocking on the door, we were marched to the internet room and asked again to 'prove' our payment and booking. We set about doing so on the computer I was directed to sit at, this manager then promptly left my husband alone with the internet room supervisor as the manager seemed to be 'too busy’ to deal with us. We were offered no compensation or refund. We left in the morning after a very unhappy and restless night. We got the feeling that this resort hotel is run for block-booked tour groups which maybe means that they are usually full. Perhaps because of this they don't feel they need to cater for independent tourists, even the ones who have paid in advance for their service.

Great little spot!!

We loved Koh Lanta so very much! We'd return in a heart beat. We loved the hotel too; it was in a terrific spot. The staff were fabulous. The rooms were great, comfy beds & very clean. Plumbing in bathroom lacking slightly, but it's to be expected. The freedom bar attached is AMAZING!

Avoid this Hotel

I stayed for 2days they never cleaned my room.I never got a towel.The freedom Bar was loud sudo Ragga bar people milled around late drinking and playing pool.The room with fan only was really hot hard to sleep in.The pool did not look clean and most of the chairs were broken.I had better service in Burma and cleaner rooms.It was close to the beach.

Für Badeurlaub nur bedingt geeignet!

Super Bungalowanlage am Strand mit guten muslimischen Restaurant und Bar! Einfache Zimmer leider ohne Kühlschrank( warme Getränke) und ohne Tv! Sauberkeit beim Erstbezug gut, geputzt schlecht Bad nicht geputzt! Pool eigentlich einer, eher klein! Im Meer gleich extrem steinig,weit raus schwimmen nicht möglich! Da Gezeiten,bei Ebbe nur Steine und bei Flut wenig Strandbreite !

Cheap Charlie but ok

Spent 6 nights in their cheapest bungalow, 800 Thb a night. Nothing special, friendly staff and ok food, but pricey. The massage hut was excellent though, had a massage every day and it was great.

Le wifi capte uniquement au bord de la piscine. Dc dans presque aucune chambre. Le debit de l eau etait vraiment faiblard... Galere pour la douche. Pareil pour les autres vacanciers. Bonne situation de l hotel. Je conseil de traverser la route et de marcher 300m pour manger pour 1euros les pad thai car a l hotel cest mini 2.5euros
