We had such an incredible experience staying at Zeavola! The facilities are very well kept, and the grounds are stunning. The staff was so accommodating and always had a smile on their faces. Truthfully, it was very difficult for us to come up with any suggestions for improvement. The only two things we could come up with were 1) there is no ATM in the area where Zeavola is located (so come with cash!) and 2) the website does not do a great job describing logistics on getting to the resort...

Amazing stay here at this beautiful and luxurious 5 star resort. Pancake at the spa took great care of me and I felt so relaxed after the treatment. Crystal clear water and white sand await you here. The pools were great as well especially the fun pool. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. The breakfast was amazing each morning with so many great options to choose from. Our villa was literally brand new and so clean and modern. AC worked great which is a must during the heat...

I was concerned about booking a hotel on Ko Phi Phi due to the low ratings on most of the hotels. We decided to stay at the Holiday Inn due to having the highest rating on Expedia. The hotel is great it's very quiet, located on the backside of the island away from the main pier. The only downside is if you do want to do a lot of exploring (Bars/Night life) or tours from the main pier it's a $20 water taxi ride one way. The moment we left we started planning our return. The staff are just lovely. The location is fantastic, away from the madness near Tonsai pier. If you don't like this place, you are probably dead inside.

This resort deserves way more than 2.5 stars, I'd say 4 stars at least! There is everything you can wish for, very good restaurant right on the beach, a lot of free drinking water in the room, nice pool, massages and free internet (albeit not in the cottages, they are too far for Wifi, but works great around the pool, reception and restaurant area). Breakfast was nice! I didn’t expect it to be included. Staff was nice & helpful. The resort is older maybe the pictures are less recent but I had a nice stay!! Charming place, close to the necessities.

Love this resort! Clean, comfortable, spacious and king size beds. Right on beach, 10 min walk to pier, refrigerator and free good breakfast.

Beautiful resort with stunning views! The staff were friendly and speaks english. You can book excursions in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. We liked their restaurant by the beach and it has more selections. They also had several secluded areas in the property to have your own beach.

Yes there are stairs. But they are totally manageable. The payoff is an amazing sanctuary above the action on Phi Phi. You get a breeze and a view of the entire island. The staff was impeccable, carrying your luggage up the stairs like sherpas and greeting you at the top with a chilled juice and cold towel. Chris, our concierge was fabulous and went out of his way to make sure our stay was perfect. Monkeys playing on our balcony was our morning entertainment. Great experience.

This hotel was absolutely stunning. Frankly, I am not used to the level of care we received. It is clear to me now why Layana is ranked the #1 hotel on the island. Absolutely gorgeous grounds, insanely good food, and top-notch attention to detail. Perfection!!

The Ban Sainai was like staying on a tropical island. It is very spread out, but the staff were always ready to drive you from your room to the pool or reception area. The breakfasts were very good as were the meals at the pool. The pool was absolutely gorgeous and we spent plenty of time there. The resort has a regular shuttle schedule to take you to the beach. This was an awesome experience to stay at the Ban Sainai.

Lovely little resort. Rraaly good restaurants within walking distance. Rooms were super clean, and the AC worked very well. Shower and bathroom a little basic, but it is remote. Wonderful staff, excellent breakfast included. Quiet quiet quiet. Peaceful. Oh, and they can rent you a scooter for 300 baht a day. It's not super cheap, but $10/day is reasonable, and you don't have to hunt a deal. Highly recommended

The property is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The beachfront property sometimes sits right on the water as twice a day (10am-3pm) and evening/night high tide brings water to the steps of the hotel which is a stunning sight, allowing for even closer swimming and kayaking around island that forms in front. Not a swimmable beach

Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap.

I recommend the hotel. Good standard for Krabi, quiet zone, near to beach, restaurants and night markets. Daily cleaning and nice personal very colaborarive

Even though I travelled a lot around the world, but this is the first time I am taking some time to write a review about this hotel. I visited krabi June this year, at that time some how its less crowded at the hotel. Its a huge place with nice big rooms, very clean. You may not get beach/ocean view in any of the hotel rooms, but it is easily accessible. Pool is very nice. Beach is very clean with white sands. There are no hotels around this one, so you don't find this beach crowded at all....

The staff is amazing! Clean rooms, cozy and quiet! Make sure to bring bug spray!
