"Overall great experience and property. The only thing is location. It’s quite high up and many grab drivers refused to go up the hill forcing you to walk up or down. Not the best experience. They do have a shuttle bus/car to drive you nearby but only till 6pm. "

"We got the Vila with the view and pool. Nice place very big I mean very big. The Location is just right above Kata. Great views of KATA and just under the Big Buda . The unit we were in needs some more TLC. Just a little older but nice and clean the staff was great. We liked having the staff come and make us breakfast in our kitchen. They did great and my wife got a vacation from dealing with the kitchen. "

"I enjoyed the moment that I stayed in the place. It is a private residential villa with staffs showing very nice hospitality. I stayed at the end of my vacation in Phuket and the place made me fully relaxed and refreshed thanks to its privacy and very clean rooms. The Wifi is fast and stable. Air conditioning with big ceiling fans is perfect to cool. The place is much bigger than you can imagine with the pics. I will visit again for my next vacation in Phuket."

We personally would like to thank Game (from the wait staff), Spy, Ern, and Dada (from the Spa staff, and Mey and Dia (from housekeeping). They all made the stay unforgettable. "
