初めて子供を連れての旅行だったので、事前にメッセージで色々と質問をさせていただきましたが、丁寧なご返答をいただきました。宿泊中も気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 猛暑のため、日中にベビーシッターをお願いしたところ、とても素敵なシッターさんで、部屋に戻った時は息子もリラックスした様子でした。私と主人は暑い中息子を連れて歩く心配から解放され、楽しく中華街を満喫でき、とても助かりました。 三宮駅からだと15分ほど歩く必要があるので、天候や荷物の量によっては、電車より車で行く方が良いと思います。 周りは旧居留地の歴史を感じられる建物が並んでおり、時間を問わず素敵な雰囲気です。夫は、familiar本店にお散歩がてら行けたのが嬉しかったようです。1日目はチェックイン後に疲れていたので、近くの大丸で購入したものをいただきました。ホテルの近くに神戸にしかないチョコレートや洋菓子のお店もあり、お土産選びも楽しかったです。南京町や美味しいパン屋さんへも徒歩で行けて、疲れたら休憩に戻ったりと、とても便利でした。

Hotel splendido, accogliente e in una posizione davvero comoda per visitare la città. La camera era dotata di ogni comfort, con macchina del caffè e set di cortesia davvero completo e ricco di prodotti di qualità, tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly satisfied with every aspect of our experience. We stayed for four nights in a City View room, and everything—from the location to the service and the breakfast—was excellent. The staff were professional and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We will definitely visit again on our next trip. Highly recommended.
