"The room I stayed in had plenty of space for luggage and leg room to walk around, perfect for at least two people. Very comfortable. Room service was very good too! Only warnings I'd give is that the property is a little bit far from the stations. You can still walk to them but it might be a bit of a walk unless you're willing to taxi to them and back. Taxis regularly stop in front of the hotel so they're easy to get."

"For context, I stayed here in the middle of a month-long trip in Japan, and before this have mostly been in budget hotels. The location was, in my opinion, one of the best parts of the hotel. It is within a 10 minute walk to both a JR Rail station and a local line, and is a short walk to both Harborland and the Kobe Port Tower. All guest rooms are relatively high up -- 6th or 7th floor -- and some, like the room I was in, have a view of Kobe Port Tower. One night it was pouring rain, but I still had a nice time with the view. The staff were all incredibly professional, not much more to say other than they were great. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great. My only complaint would be that the highest hook for the shower head was broken. I probably could have told the front desk and got it fixed, but I liked the room enough to not bother them. Overall, a great hotel in a great location."
