"Sehr nette Begrüßung, sehr schöne und geräumige Zimmer. Frühstück ist sehr gut, mit einer riesen Auswahl. Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert. Man kann Schluchsee, Titisee und Feldberg alles sehr gut erreichen. Der Ort selbst bietet auch schon das Nötigste. "

"Excellent that the laundry room was free of charge for the residents but whem I was doing my laundry after 6 pm.; the laundry maid for the bed linen of the appartments was still there. The machine for the staff should be commercial or even be industrial machines. It seems to take her forever to try and dry the linens."

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, the bathroom was large, we had a balcony with a table, and the living area was spacious. We also liked the kitchenette because we could save money by buying food at the grocery store and preparing it in the room. However, we did not like the lack of communication with the staff. There were two of us, but the room only came with one towel and we couldn’t find any staff to talk to get another towel. We had to go buy one. Also, the room doesn’t have...
