旧館の喫煙ルームしか空いてなかったのでそこを予約し宿泊したが、廊下も臭く、部屋もタバコの臭いが尋常でない臭さで、気分が悪くなるくらいだった。禁煙部屋や新館は大丈夫だと思うけど。

夏休みに家族で宿泊させて頂きました。 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切でした。 朝食も美味しかったです。 フロントに土佐茶がサービスでおいてありました。とても美味しかったです。同じものを購入したかったのですが、見つけられず。 ホテルで販売していただけたら、ぜひ購入したかったです。 気になる点は、お部屋の換気口？音がかなり気になります。お部屋の鍵が２つ頂けたら良かったなと思いました。

朝食は「ウツボの土佐茶漬け」「カツオのタタキ」「山崎農場の卵と、ひまわり牛乳の牛乳を使った自家製プリン」等、土地のものを美味しくいただきました。 ホテル自体思ったより大きくて、部屋も綺麗で静かに過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

This was good, the bedding is tatami mat style, a good experience. Fresh towels each day as we used the hotel sauna each evening. Smart and clean, quiet, location short walk to shopping and dining. I would happily use again.

大浴場が有って良かったです。駐車場は前金で１日５００円でした。部屋は朝方真っ暗になりません。部屋は大道りから離れているので、とても静かです。

アットホームなホテルでした 大浴場が２３時でクローズは、早すぎるのでせめて、２４時までにしてほしいです。 朝食ビュッフェはいいのですが、お年を召したスタッフさん達が、親切だけどしつこい 言い換えれば、人懐っこい… 食べ物の補充は、気がきいて気持ちよかったです。 色々と書きましたが、元気がもらえてよかったと思います
