A perfect family home!

This home is lovely, so pretty and clean. It has everything you need and the boys loved the game room. We also enjoyed the deck overlook the woods. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Adorable house

Itchy Bear was the most adorably decorated well stocked house we’ve stayed in. It had everything we needed, and each bed was so comfortable! The game room downstairs was perfect for the teenagers. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

This property was perfect for what we needed. The kids had a great time using game room and back yard to play. Beds were comfy and the house was very clean. Back porches were beautiful and relaxing too.

Great place!!

Beautifully decorated home on a nice quiet lot with lots of trees. The home is fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a nice family vacation. Super close to the DUMPLIN VALLEY FARM, home of the ANNUAL DUMPLIN VALLEY BLUEGRASS FESTIVAL, and only a short drive to the new BUC-EES!!! We had a wonderful stay. The local contact was helped with questions almost immediately.

Great Spring break getaway!

We enjoyed our stay, the location to all the conveniences we could need (food, gas, groceries, shopping). Also removed enough from the high touristy areas that we didnt feel overwhelmed. The kitchen was well stocked with tools and utensils, thr bedding was great quality, and the home was very well appointed and welcoming. Neighborhood was quiet, large yard for the kids to play, and game room was a major bonus.

Carson Newman University

For my granddaughters first day at Carson Newman University our family wanted to be together to help move her into the dorm and spend some quality time together. This home was the perfect place. Quite, tranquil and large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. It was well stocked, beds-OMG so comfortable, yard big enough for the kids to play outside, the porches was perfect for morning coffee and devotion. Will most definitely stay here again.
