We had an excellent one night stay here as part of our driving tour through the area. Our room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace. We were able to catch the tram straight into Augsburg too.

A family run, modern hotel with outstanding service, all the staff without exception try their hardest to make you feel welcome and your stay as comfortable as possible. Nice, clean rooms, good facilities like a sauna and a very good restaurant offering local cuisine and drinks at reasonable prices. Very good breakfast buffet with a great variety of food and drink. Would definitely choose this hotel again when in the area.

Staff were excellent and I was willing to help. Rooms are extremely clean functional and contained all the amenities needed. Rooms are quiet and dark. Restaurant had an excellent selection of seasonal menus. Location was extremely central. The breakfast was included and re-weld laid out nutritious and open for a long time so as to accommodate different sleeping habits

A great stay

The weather was amazing. The tram serving Augsburg is just around the corner. The Hotel has a nice restaurant with local cuisine and amazing beer and wine. The breakfast buffet was more than pleasing.

Should have benn fantastic. Great room good location nice restaurant down, actually really nice. Before 8 am banging starting for construction. Room was super hot with ac on and going. Most of the electric charging spots talen up by white construction vans

Wir sind bereits seit vielen Jahren gerne zu Gast im Zeller - sehr nette und kompetente Gastgeber, Sauberkeit top und d das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das neue Restaurant Cervus besticht nicht nur optisch, sondern selbstverständlich auch kulinarisch. Danke, wir kommen auch nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Habe das Zimmer für den Besuch der MEHR-Konferenz in den Augsburger Messehallen gebucht. Die Messe ist vom Hotell aus schnell und gut erreichbar. Angenehm fand ich auch, dass es im Schlafbereich kein nachts mit Rauschen störendes Lüftungssystem gibt.
