衛生面の改善

部屋にテレビなし。ベッドは埃や髪の毛が落ちていて衛生的に問題あり。掛け布団はシミあり。枕カバーやシーツは自分でやらないといけない。掃除もされてなくて。ユニットバスも汚く、シャワーヘッドをかけるところも取れそうな状態だった。宿泊代は安いが改善が必要。

安くて清潔

安価だが必要最低限のものはそろっていて、部屋も清潔。駅も近いので便利でした。 スタッフが常駐していないようでしたが問題ありませんでした。

頭の数十センチ上にエアコン、のどを痛めた

２段ベッドの上だったが、顔のすぐ上にエアコンがあり、風が直接顔にかかる位置。ライトやスマホ用コンセントもその位置にあった。これではすぐにのどを痛めてしまうと思い、不便を承知で頭の位置を180度変えてコンセントの無い側を頭にしたが、やはり狭い空間にエアコンの風がくるので不快を通り越して健康を損なうレベル。エアコンのスイッチはベッドの外にあり、誰でもいじれるので、自分がエアコンを止めても夜のうちに、いつのまにかＯＮになっており、一晩でのどの調子が悪くなった。同部屋は満室ではなかったので、他のベッドに替えてほしかったが、それに気づいた時には、既にフロントに人はおらず、翌朝チェックアウトの時も無人で、状況を伝えることはできなかった。元々は普通の部屋をあとで区切ってベッドを入れたために、このようなひどい構造になったのだと思う。予約時にこの状況がわからず、この悪状況でも割引があるわけでもない。二度と泊まらないし、今後の宿泊者のためにも是非改善を望む。

足を多少曲げて寝る空間だけ求めるなら・・・。

二段ベッドがタテとヨコに配置（4人分）され、トイレはユニットバス1つを4人で共有。エアコンも配置が悪く、私が寝た場所は酷暑。ちょっとお金足して近隣の安ホテル（行ってみたら沢山あった）にすればよかった。

ルームマナーで23時〜6時はシャワー使用不可なのが、夜遅く帰宅組には一番困った。 ホテルの元シングルルーム規模に、二段ベッド×2を置いたドミトリー仕様。 一階にはTV、キッチン設備(レンジ)、インスタントコーヒーやお茶を無料で飲めるロビーあり。 基本的に深夜はもとより、常にスタッフ不在のような印象。 けど、スタッフさんも臨機応変対応してくれて、ネットカフェなどのない甲府駅付近でゲストハウス料金の場所を探すなら、2018年11月現在最良だと思いました。

綺麗で居心地が良いです。

清潔で居心地の良いゲストハウスでした。 二段ベットの上段が低めなので、子供(5歳)が上で寝たいと言っても安心でした。下の段で寝ていた夫は狭そうでしたが(^_^;) 和室が空いている時は和室で予約したいと思います。
