"Staff were lovely. The rooms are small of course but designed well so it has everything you could need. The bathrooms are beautiful, bed clean and comfortable. Very pleased with our stay. In a good location, quiet and safe as well as close to the Kitahama train station. Would stay here again!"

"This is a very nice hotel, well-located in Osaka. There is a Metro station only a 4-minute walk from the hotel and a 7-11 across the street. The staff was very courteous and my room was clean and in excellent condition. I stayed on the 15th floor and noise was not a problem. A nice perk is the bar of complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, juices) in the lobby. The one drawback is that we weren't ever able to get the shower heads to stay in place at an angle. However, overall I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Osaka. "

"Lovely large room with a huge bed - it was certainly a superior king! They had a great range of toiletries provided - best I’ve seen in any hotel. Things like skincare, razors (dermaplanes and normal razors), hair brush, body scrub etc but weirdly no shower caps! A shame there was no laundry in house. This was pretty inconvienent but I think they’re building a laundry room imminently so that should be fixed soon! Staff were lovely and there were lovely gifts for sale."
