Great clean hotel woth amazing staff. There was always an event and some sort of live music which was great. Staff provide free face masks and other traveller essentials. It was just great.

The location is superb, very quiet and about 30 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Especially Daisy and Lydia. Highly recommended. Will stay here again. Breakfast is the same everyday, wish they will have a different variety everyday.

Highly recommend this hotel. It truly was lively. I love the selection of skin care available for guests. Conveniently located to stations, large grocery store, 7 eleven and shops. My only recommendation is to add a gym with weights.
