"Hotel seems to be too old. However, you can still enjoy the atmosphere as well as the nice large swimming pool. If you're likely to have a good service don't go there because there is no service at all. Even from start, no welcome, no smile, no restaurant service nothing. Just a ghost hotel as we feel. Staff must be letting down the hotel. Probably, the lack of training."

"We came as a family of 9 people and found the villa to be unclean and not as described! There were no tv screens in the bedrooms, rooms were smelly and showers did not always work. We had to ask for the water to be pumped through! Air conditioning was sporadic in the bedrooms and the kitchen area was inadequately equipped, old stuff that was broken! The manager did replace the kettle and toaster and took away the dangerous looking microwave. There were not enough outside chairs for all of us or...

Argued that breakfast not included although the small print said it was complementary when we booked it but the site was afterwards amended so the hotel did not honour the booking details.
