Very comfortable hotel. Lovely bed and ver clean.

The only thing I would chanflge is for free weights to be added to the gym, everything was that good I decided to stay an extra 4 days. The staff were so helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and spacious. I booked the room with the garden, and became friends with the local cat and tiny lizards. It is a very mosquito-rich environment and the plug in mosquito repellent helped me loads to keep them out of the room. If you take the garden room too, make sure to get a mosquito coil. They are very cheap and readily available at the 7 Elevens close to the hotel. The reception staff was also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!

Quiet little spot nearby food and shops.

Really chilled and relaxed from check in to check out. Friendly staff, good location. Short walk to beach and night market. Lots of breakfast places within a few minutes walk.

Anmeldelse af Crystal Lamai Hotel, Koh Samui

Crystal Lamai Hotel ligger perfekt placeret i hjertet af Lamai – tæt på restauranter, markeder og stranden. Beliggenheden kan næsten ikke blive bedre, og man får meget for pengene her. Værelserne er dejligt store, men hotellet fremstår mere forfaldent end billederne giver indtryk af. Køleskabet på værelset var meget lille, men vi satte pris på, at der hver dag blev leveret gratis vandflasker, friske håndklæder, redt seng og fejet gulv. Servicen var generelt god, og personalet var hjælpsomme – både med daglige behov og når vi ønskede at arrangere ture direkte fra receptionen. Træningsrummet var en skuffelse, da det kun bestod af gamle træningscykler og manglede andet udstyr. Alt i alt et godt valg for dem, der prioriterer beliggenhed, rummelige værelser og venlig service – men man skal være forberedt på, at standarden er lidt lavere end de glansbilleder, der vises online.
