Even for breakfast I arrived at 10.01 and they refused to serve because kitchen was closing at 10am. On top of that, the pictures looks much nicer than reality (dirty pool, no real beach behind..) I do not recommend at all this hotel."

"I have been going to tis property for 6 years It has not changed. Tv`s didn't work then , useless now, lights not working or that you could not switch off at night. The hotel is in a great location but requires refurbishment immediately. Its desperate for some money spending on it. Booked and paid for through Expedia but staff not aware we were arriving or if it had been paid for. Requires attention !"

"There is ALOT better places to stay in Samui. I checked in late and left as soon as I woke up in the morning in pouring rain because it was so gross. Only about 2 KM from bangrak pier which was why I stayed. Lady was confused as to me arriving - despite it being booked - and had to go make a bed for me. WiFi didn't work in the rooms. The rooms hadn't been cleaned since full moon party (5 days prior) as there were passes and other garbage on the floor. Bathrooms didn't have toilet paper and...
