"Even though there are signs to not wear shoes in the room, the carpet was extremely dirty and should have been deep cleaned or replaced entirely. The curtains by the bathroom and window were also very dirty. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful though. Location was convenient enough but just think the rooms could use a refresh. "If you know the area around this property, it’s worth more than what you paid. However, it was my first time to this city and there was not many things to do on this side of the city. Despite the location, I really liked the hotel. It is very clean and neat and the customer service was great. If I have a chance, I will revisit this hotel."

"An average hotel with a good location. There was no one at the reception to check me in. I waited 20 minutes after ringing bell at the reception desk. I did not have a working phone so I had to go to another hotel and request owner to call my hotel! I was told that somebody is at the desk most of the time but I did not see anyone at the desk for the 2 days I was there nor when I checked out by just leaving the key at reception since no one answered the bell again. Absentee owner hotel.. will not...
