Great location, friendly staff, renovated large rooms, clean, and comfortable beds. My only complaint is despite the renovations the hallways and room smelled of stale cigarettes pretty bad.

Checked in fairly late, about 1am. Check in process was smooth and didn't take too long. Room seemed quite clean. Each bed has three pillows which I appreciate. After turning the lights off I quickly fell asleep and stayed asleep until my alarm. So the need must have been quite comfortable. Price was very reasonable. Would stay here again.

The hotel is under remodeling and thus there was dust and construction materials in the parking lot and in the hallways. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and the room far exceeded my expectations.

Hotel was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lot of construction going on at the time of our visit but it wasn’t an inconvenience. Not many amenities but it was what you would expect for the price.

Suite was great for a budget-friendly 5 day stay. Two full baths with a separate bedroom from the sitting area were perfect for us, and the larger fridge made it much easier to keep our cooler items cold. The bedroom TV signal needed adjusted, but I forgot to mention that to staff.

Upon arrival the outside of the property looked clean and well maintained although, there was a construction dumpster in the parking lot. The check in process was quick and easy; the staff was welcoming and friendly. As we walked to our room, we noticed a strong musty odor in the hallway; however, the room itself did not have any unpleasant smell. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and for the price, we felt the hotel offered a good value. It was also close to the downtown Kokomo area which we enjoyed while in town.

The room was clean with many updates. I like the fact that the room was not carpeted so easier to clean the floor without harboring mold and mildew. Open shelving to stow personal belongings in plain site. Bathroom all updated and very nice. Staff helpful in answering questions called before arrival

Check-in staff very friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Great for a brief stay if you are not looking for extras. Pros: clean sheets, comfortable bed, clean floor, decent bathroom, nice to have soap dispenser at sink. Cons: unappealing curbside, lobby and hallways smell like old cigarette smoke (room did not), no where to set your luggage, low quality shower head, air conditioner very noisy/loud. Plan on getting morning coffee elsewhere, not available at hotel. Was very pleased for one night.

Upon arrival at the facility, the front desk was very polite and quick to help me get checked in. After receiving our room key we headed out to go find our room. When we got to our room, the first thing I noticed was a foul odor. I notified the hotel via e-review as they sent a text questionnaire to ask how things were going so far. The room was a little cold so we turned on the heat. The heating/AC unit was absolutely filthy and as soon as we turned it on it filled the room with an additional foul odor. Upon further inspection of the room, it appeared the room had not even tried to be cleaned. The floors were extremely sticky. The shower had a large amount of bar soap residue/pieces left from a previous occupant. There was hair and pieces of plastic on the floor, the bed sheets and bedding were stained. I mentioned a lot of this in the first review of how our experience had been going so far, and sent a message to the front desk via portal. When housekeeping came the following day, all that had been done was a bed made, some of the towels were replenished, garbage taken out, and febreeze sprayed, the shower was not cleaned, sheets still stained. We booked for a 3 night stay but decided to leave and go home after the second night and drive our 3 hours home. We have family in the area but unfortunately we will not be returning to this hotel. We will gladly stay elsewhere next time, even if it’s further out, Very disappointed in our stay.

The staff were wonderful. The room we stayed in was just remodeled and I believe that we were the first ones to stay in it. A lot of the motel is still under renovation, so it is messy from the work, but the new rooms are great. Only complaint is the bed was put on an aluminum platform. I found it quite easy to accidentally kick it when walking up to the bed. Sounds like a gong going off. Startling. Especially when my wife was asleep
