I very much appreciated the early check-in as I had just disembarked from a cruise that morning and it would have been a very long day otherwise. The hotel is very nice and the staff were wonderful, friendly & helpful.

There was no WiFi although the property descryption said so when we booked. Contacted the property admin for two days and received no response. The room was lovely and clean and had everything we needed. I had paid extra for a studio with sofa bed as myself and granddaughter didn’t want to share. The sofa needed pulling out and making up on our arrival. Furniture had to be moved to allow this as the room was so small. Not much space to move ...
