This beautiful and spacious 2-level garden condo has a partial ocean view across the horizon - more than what you can see in the photos. Vaulted ceilings with no neighbors above. Everything you need is included - linens, bedding, towels, fully equipped kitchen, 55" flat screen tv in living room and bedrooms, beach chairs/towels, boogie boards, cooler, and all resort amenities including on-site office, security, housekeeping, pool, waterslide, jacuzzi, gym, tennis/ pickleball/ basketball/ shuffle board courts, golf courses, outdoor bbqs. Ceiling and floor fans in every room as well.

Kiahuna Plantation is a 35 acre resort located on Kauai's world famous Poipu Beach. Kiahuna's sensational gardens, lawns and lush tropical landscape make it an irresistible vacation destination! Amazing property that had anything we could possibly need. Easy distance to/from the airport, short stroll to the beach, clean, comfortable, and functional for families. I would happily stay here again, if only to visit Little Fish Coffee across the street every morning for an açaí bowl.

Fantastic Kauai vacation

Looking forward to coming back. A fantastic experience all around. Clean, quiet, A/C for sleeping, trade winds during the day kept accommodation very comfortable. Great view, close to beach, great swimming. Gym and pool were a great addition at the athletic club. Pool side food service at the cabana was great as well. Thanks Kim, a wonderful family vacation.

I'd stay in this condo again in a minute! Very clean, bright, updated, comfortable! Kim is a great manager and communicator - offered lots of suggestions and responded immediately to our questions. Great place to stay in Kauai!

Great location with easy access to parking and Poipu athletic club for pickleball with a nice short walk to the beach. Little noisy from the road but the location and access ruled! Comfy beds which are very important for a good rest at night. Loved the cross ventilation the end unit provided. Definitely would stay here again. Kim was a wonderful host with her easy communication.

So much comfortable space

Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy a relaxing time. The owner was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. The views and ocean breeze were fantastic! The walk to any of the nearby beaches was pleasant, and you had swimming, snorkeling, or boarding right there. With its location, the traffic noise is very loud, but the walk to shops, restaurants, and pool is easy.

We loved our stay here. The beach was so close and easy to access. Beautiful beach too. As soon as we arrived the first day we went down to the beach. It was easy to find a spot and not crowded. Most of the view of the ocean was blocked by the properties in front, but it is still a nice view. The shops across the street were in walking distance and made it easy to grab breakfast. The place was very clean and updated and matched the pictures on the listing. Plenty of space for us (family of 5). Beds were very comfortable and the property has two very large lanais to watch the sun rise and set. Condo is also in a great location on the island and provides easy access to the west, north and east shores. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place

Kim's place offers great value for family who wants to experience South Kauai to the fullest at a very affordable price. The unit is clean, spacious, comfortable and fully stocked with everything we need. Only a short walk to Kiahuna and Poipu Beach where our little boys snorkeled and saw a ton of colorful fishes and sea turtles. Community pool is right across the street with water slide, gym, tennis courts, etc. Cleaning and resort staff are friendly and helpful. Kim was awesome in communication and sent us tons of tips for local recommendations. We would highly recommend this to our friends and families.

Great location, un-comfy beds

Awesome location, the recent remodel really brightens the place up, but our quest for a comfortable bed continues. This one is bouncy and hard. The twin beds were nice, just not the king. The sofa upstairs is itchy fabric. Those are my only two issues. This location is amazing for families! Mornings at the pool, lunch, nap then afternoons at the beach. Everything is close by.

Family vacation in Poipu

Very well located property with a quick access to the amazing Kauai beach. Near to surfing, snorkeling. And golf. The condo itself was okay. The ad mentioned a pull out sofa which isn't working. Unfortunately we were counting on it for our accommodations so my son had to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher didn't work either so we had to clean and dry the dishes which wasn't a great inconvenience. So overall it was a great vacation but the condo itself was somewhat of a meh.

We had such a great stay here. Communication with the owner was speedy and excellent. She was extremely helpful getting us all set up for our trip, especially with things for our twin 3 year old. She also had a lot of great info on the surrounding area. The condo is great - much of it clearly freshly redone. We cooked in the kitchen several times and found it to have everything we needed for cooking (and even baking brownies). It was easy to open the slats on the windows to get a great breeze or close them up if needed to make things extra quiet during nap time. We used the boogie boards, chairs and umbrella that are included and the kids had great fun. The beach at the hotel is great along with all the green space if you want to run around (as a 3 year old) or just avoid sand (like my dad). The access to the athletic club across the street is fantastic as well - the pool is great, as is the food. One kid got obsessed with the pool slide. Overall a really great trip and this condo is definitely the first place we will check when we return to Poipu.

This is a beautiful home. The lanai looking to the ocean was our favorite. Our experience was great and communication and resources and local info from host was much appreciated. I was worried that there was no AC when I booked but the breeze and all the fans worked great. We definitely would book again.

Getaway trip celebrating 41 years of marriage!

The property was awesome! Although there was just the two of us, it was so nice having so much space. The decor was beautiful! Bed was super comfortable and it was so nice having two bathrooms! Highly recommend!
