ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
We strive to provide 5 beach chairs, a cooler and an umbrella although this cannot be guaranteed as these items get broken, misplaced, or left in rental cars. While I cannot absolutely guarantee it, an adequate supply is usually available. I recommend you check before renting equipment.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE: Please note our firm cancellation policy. We strongly recommend trip insurance. Please, don't be that person who wishes they had bought insurance. There are many options for travel insurance and you need to read the finer details carefully. It is also available here through VRBO.

Maximum occupancy is 5 and is monitored, Sofa sleeping not allowed. An exception can be made for toddlers and infants in portable cribs.

Notes: The building does not have an elevator.
The unit does not have a landline phone

The second bedroom has a versatile bedding plan - one queen and one twin- an ideal arrangement for children of different ages, 2 adult couples traveling together or a nanny or Grandma! This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and access to the second lanai and ROKU TV.

This is a beautiful unit and the view is the best I have seen in Poipu. You can tell that the owner takes a lot of pride in her condo. Things are meticulously maintained and beautifully decorated. We have stayed in many different units in the complex and this is our favorite. Everything was very clean and the owner was excellent at communicating with us. We will be back next year!

Amazing place to stay!! The views from the lanai were the best, and the rainbows just wow! So close to poipu and Brennekes beach! The turtles and monk seals were so great to see. Also the location is so close to many restaurants that were all good! The place was immaculate and Deb was great! Her communication was great and very easy to ask questions and responded quickly ! Thank you for sharing your place with our family. Best vacation ever!

Highly recommend this place !! Spacious for a family of 4 adults. The place is stocked with all the living essentials. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner on the patio with amazing ocean and Mountain Views. Prompt communication from the owner. Perfect vacation home for the family!!

Amazing view & amazing host! Deb was great at communicating and has everything you’d need in the condo. It was so great to not have to worry about packing shampoo or body wash and to have plenty of toilet paper and towels. She had everything labeled and available should you need it! We are a family of 5 so our kids shared the queen and 1 had their own twin bed. The condo was spacious and it was such an amazing view and location. We even enjoyed a short dip in the condo pool after returning from the beach so we could cool off. The property grounds are lovely. I wish we could go back tomorrow!!

Fabulous Poipu vacation

Beautiful condo and stunning sunset view ! We feel at home.

This condo is beautiful and walking distance to a very nice kid friendly Poipu Beach ! We enjoyed so much and we feel at home while staying there. Everything we need is provided by owner Deb. Have bath towels, boogie boards, beach umbrella, beach chairs, coffee, cooking oil, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, body soap,shampoo, and many more! The owner is very nice and have a very good communication. The condo is very clean ! I can't find a spot that i need to clean when we arrived. The beds are very comfortable and have a white clean beddings. The furnitures are also very nice. We enjoyed seating in the sofa and also the outdoor furnitures while watching sunset. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Kauai ! Thank you Deb for letting us enjoy your condo !

Vacation in Poipu

This was a fantastic property with a great ocean and sunset view and close proximity to the beach. Deb was a great and attentive host and went above and beyond for us! We would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Kauai looking for a slice of paradise!

Wonderful Stay at a Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful stay here. The views are beautiful. Walking distance to the beach is a big plus. The property was clean, well organized and comfortable. And it was nice to be provided with beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys.

This was a beautiful property. It was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The balcony faced the ocean with the most amazing view and the sunsets were breathtaking. The AC units worked great and the kitchen was stocked. We were pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs, boogie boards and towels to use. Definitely recommend this place.

My husband and I booked this almost a year ago and from the very start Deb was the best person to work with. You can tell she loves her condo and so did we!.From the moment we walked in the front door it was exactly as described and so clean. The villa was perfect for our stay in Kauai. The owner gave us lots of good advice and information prior to arrival. Everything was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was sensational. We especially enjoyed a drink in the evening watching the sunset. We hope to go back.

The owner is not lying when she says that this condo has wonderful views. Incredible, views we will never forget. From the minute we booked, the owner was communicative and so helpful. She helped make our trip what it was as she offered advice and made us feel welcome. This is a luxurious condo with everything you could need for a stay. We loved it and hope to return one day.

Beautiful Location in Paradise

Everything about our stay here was perfect: it has every amenity you could ever need (from beach gear, to comfy beds, to kitchen utensils, to AC!); it's conveniently located by all the hot spots on the south side of the island; and communication from the owner was amazing throughout. Best of all, the view from the balcony was unmatched! I wish we could sip coffee or mai tai's on it forever. We hope to return and cannot say enough good things about Deb and her home!

This was the perfect property for our stay. The views are incredible! The home had everything we needed, including the air conditioning. It's in walking distance to Poipu Beach which we really enjoy.
