Kauai Vacay

Property is not only in a great location close to food options and beaches, it was a great size for my family and I. Space was more than enough for a group of 6 as well as super clean! Kitchen contained everything we needed to cook. The lanai was a plus to be able to sit out on in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Place To Stay

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our overnight stay! It was conveniently located to shops and places to eat within walking distance. The only downside we encountered was we left a couple items behind on accident and I texted and called but never heard anything back.

Beautiful Condo Great Location

This condo was so nice and clean with updated furniture and appliances. Everything we needed was provided, and communication was very easy with the management company. They had beach chairs and boogie boards to borrow. It would’ve been nice to have a beach umbrella to borrow but it was not a big deal. Would definitely stay there again.

This place is amazing. I definitely will be back. Clean, quiet, amenities were awesome.

Everything and everyone was helpful and very nice. Had a problem with the lock box but, both Wahines were fabulous in quick help. The condo is beautiful, everything you need when on vacation. It's amazing that they supply soup, kitchen supplies, shampoo, even have ziplock. Amazing. It was a very nice touch with my beautiful gift bag with chocolates and other things, Mahalo much for that. I will recommend anyone to stay here it's beautiful and amazing. Parking is great.

Beds are super comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked with every appliance and gadget you could possibly need. Generous open floorplan allowed everyone to have privacy given the layout of bedrooms & baths. Having a garage was a nice addition and it came loaded with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach toys, boogie boards and even some snorkel gear! Great location as Poipu Beach, one of the best beaches on the island, is just a short walk or drive away! Restaurants (yes, you've gotta try a Puka Dog ;-), shopping, golfing and even a local grocery store are all within 5 minutes away. Check-in and communication with property manager was seamless. We loved our stay and without a doubt will stay at Pili Mai 1C again!

This complex is in a great location-- walkable to some shops/dining with more close by, loved the layout of the condo which gave each room privacy and their own bathroom, and also thoroughly enjoyed the country view with cows and chickens every morning. Appreciated all the beach gear available to borrow in the garage as well. We had a few minor suggestions which would improve the experience: 1) I wish there had been information given about where and how to locate the gym on site 2) would have been nice to have part of the pantry stocked with essentials like spices, coffee etc. It doesn't really make sense for each guest to have to purchase that 3) the floors needed steam mopped. They were clean of sand/crumbs etc but my feet got so dirty just walking barefoot on the floors. 4) Hot water runs out fast especially if multiple people are showering at the same time. Overall if you're looking for a place on the south side of the island, Pili Mai is a great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at Pili Mai! Very spacious, open concept so we could all enjoy being together. Very clean, had everything we needed for cooking meals. Shopping, beaches all very accessible. Would highly recommend!

Great Golf Community

There were a few glitches along the way that caused us some disappointment but was reported each time to the property management of Pili Mai at Poipu 1C. We were without WiFi access and did not know the garage code for Sat 7/8 and Sun7/9 as we could not find the information sheet. When we reached out to management on Mon 7/9, they told us it was mounted on the wall. We thought it was a handbook we should be looking for. We had WiFi for 2 days, then the tv and WiFi stopped working on Wed 7/12 and we also noted that a closet door hinge was loose and could not be opened/closed properly. We contacted management and was told a handyman would come the next day Thurs 7/13 between 10 am- 2 pm. But when we came back from golfing, the closet door hinges remained broken. We reported this to management again on Fri 7/14 and was told that the handyman probably was not able to fix it. Management sent a housekeeper over to address the WiFi and TV that was not functioning that Friday afternoon so the WiFi and TV became operational for that afternoon but TV could only work through access with our mobile phone. The next day Sat 7/15 was our departure day. It wasn't all negative. We enjoyed the condo and its amenities. We're avid golfers so it was great to wake up to a view of the golf course. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. We would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue of not having WiFi and garage access for 2 days, tv and WiFi that malfunctioned mid-week and a closet door that had broken hinges which did not get fixed while we were there. We would come back again to Pili Mai but hope that things will go smoother next time. Going forward, it would be nice to mention the location of the informational form so it's easy to locate and everything should be in working order before the next occupant checks in. Mahalo nui loa!
