Poipu Pili Mai 9B, Flexible Cancellation, AC, on Golf Course, Lanai, Sunset View

This is a 3 story building with our 2 story unit located on second and third floors with entry to condo up a flight of stairs. We have four bedrooms, 2 on the second story (the condo's main floor) which are Master suites. While upstairs on the third floor there are two more bedrooms each with 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted into King beds. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. It has lots of extras to make your stay pleasant. The air conditioning in our condo is truly Central AC which makes it super quiet and efficient, not the ductless/wall mount/mini-splits which are not as quiet.

The condo is adjacent to Kiahuna Golf Course with a view of the 9th fairway and a distant ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Close to beaches (12 minute walk) and restaurants (Poipu Shopping Village).

Our resort has pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The one car garage also is filled with beach equipment (6 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats, a couple small kick boards, noodles) and rolling cooler.

There are plenty of Barbeques scattered over the premises available for guests to use, including a couple around the pool area for a relaxing BBQ and swim with family and friends.

Beautiful and Comfortable Home in a Great Location

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The property is beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location couldn't have been better—it's close to the beaches and shopping, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. Everything we wanted and more !

This condo was wonderful ! Very roomy, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai as a great place to hang out, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bedrooms and bathrooms had everything we needed for a restful stay. Janice and Bret were excellent hosts, who went above and beyond to make sure our time there was as enjoyable as possible. We would definitely recommend this property and hosts to anyone that wants a great vacation in Kaua'i.

Family Vacation

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for our family 5 plus our parents. We appreciated all of the beach gear in the garage. The location was quiet and parking was easy.

Great property!

Condo is located is a great central location in Poipu- just a few minutes drive to multiple beaches. We never had any issues finding parking. On the property, we were a very short walk to the pool and hot tub which was a huge plus. The onsite grills were located in the pool area- which we used twice. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was generally well stocked with all things you would need, but we would have like to have the extras like aluminum foil, ziplock bags, and/or cling wrap. We ended up buying those items and leaving them behind so hopefully the next guests can use them. Lots of spices available for cooking which was helpful. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this condo.

We had a terrific stay at Pili Mai 9B. It’s immaculately kept, everything feels new, is comfortable, and was the perfect floorplan for two families to share. Good location in Poipu, walkable to some shops and restaurants. Absolutely recommend this condo.

Better than described!

Perfectly located and appointed for adults and teenage grandkids. Maybe 25 yards from a lovely large pool, where we carried in dinner for 18 with ease. We all felt safe and very relaxed! The master suite has a large walk in closet area and tons of storage. A two week stay here would be easy! Owners nicely responsive!

The house was very nice with plenty of room for 8 people. Location was great with a very short drive or walk to the shops and beach. We also utilized and enjoyed the pool and exercise equipment. It was very hard to leave.

Awesome Stay

Property is awesome, it's a Diamond. Expertly equipped, Great condition with an excellent location. Owner's are very helpful and are available if any help is required. Lots of room for our family of 3 adult couples and 2 grandchildren. Pili Mai is a very nice condo property that's within walking distance to a number of restaurants and shopping. Without question we would stay here again whenever we visit Kauai. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

Great Stay!

The condo was clean and well kept. The pictures in the listing are representative of the present condition. The beds were comfortable and adequate towels, etc were supplied. We enjoyed having the table on the lanai...we always gathered there and never ate a meal inside. The kids loved having the pool so close and we also visited several beaches in the area. The host could not have been more accommodating of special requests. All in all, a great place to stay.

LOVELY place! We can't speak highly enough of this place!

We loved everything about this location and place. It was clean, well decorated, and close to so many places. The only issue we had was we arrived late and could not get into the VRBO app and the unit number was not in Janice's welcome email. We tried calling her but did not get a response until the next day. I thought we were not going to have a place to stay that night. Luckily my 14 year old googled Janice and the unit number came up. Thanks again- we had so much fun!
