About this property
Poipu Pili Mai 4 Bedroom Condo with Ocean Views, Pool & Golf Course Access
- This is a 3 story building with our 2 story unit located on second and third floors with entry to condo up a flight of stairs. We have four bedrooms, 2 on the second story (the condo's main floor) which are Master suites. While upstairs on the third floor there are two more bedrooms each with 2 Twin XL beds that can be converted into King beds. Every bedroom has a Smart TV. It has lots of extras to make your stay pleasant. The air conditioning in our condo is truly Central AC which makes it super quiet and efficient, not the ductless/wall mount/mini-splits which are not as quiet.
The condo is adjacent to Kiahuna Golf Course with a view of the 9th fairway and a distant ocean view and beautiful sunsets. Close to beaches (12 minute walk) and restaurants (Poipu Shopping Village).
Our resort has pool, hot tub and fitness facility. The one car garage also is filled with beach equipment (6 boogie boards, 8 beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach mats, a couple small kick boards, noodles) and rolling cooler.
There are plenty of Barbeques scattered over the premises available for guests to use, including a couple around the pool area for a relaxing BBQ and swim with family and friends.
