"The location was great - right next to the Beach House restaurant and Lawai Beach- our favorite spot to snorkel. We enjoyed seeing the sunrise in the morning and joining the other folks on the lawn for sunset. The beach chairs and cooler were great. The condo had everything we needed. The bed was a bit soft but we slept fine. The breeze from the windows was lovely but having AC was nice at night. Would definitely stay again"

"Very nice 2 bedroom condo, the most completely kitchen-equipped than we've had. Note that this was an end unit, second floor, with one a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of deck space. "

"Repairs need to be done. Tighten kitchen sink faucet. 2 bathroom you should not have to hold handle to flush toilet. 2 bedroom the dimmer switch was broken. The floor was not clean. I do not no how long it had been since someone cleaned under bed in master bedroom. The cabinet that the trash was in was very loose so my husband tightened that so it did not break. It was a wonderful time with family. I did think three bedrooms that each room had its own bathroom and one did not. Overall great time...

"We come to Kauai as a family 1-2x a year and have stayed at the Kiahuna a fair amount of times. Rick & Marilyn’s condo is by far one of the best we’ve stayed in! It was clean, well maintained and convenient. The A/C was amazing on hot nights! If you’re a Kauai regular, you know how spectacular the beach is and it’s well worth it to stay on the property to not deal with parking lol! "My wife, my two daughters, and I have a great stay at this Poipu location. The condo was super clean and it had everything that you could possibly need. Even though it rained for the full five days that we were here, we found a little bit of sunshine here and there to walk down to the beach with the wagon full of beach essentials that Patty provided. If we were ever to return, we would definitely try to book Patty’s place again."

"Beautiful view. Saw a few turtles swimming near the shore. We slept well to the sound of waves throughout the night. Arrived slightly earlier than planned and owner was very accommodating and quickly responded when asked if we could have a slightly earlier checkin. Would stay here again."

"Great location! Well stocked with kitchen items and lots of fun beach chairs, towels, and toys. Tennis and pickleball court was a fun perk! Had a little issue with the toilet being broken when we checked in but owner was easy to work with to resolve. Had a great time and only bummer was no shampoo/conditioner and couldn't get a late checkout but the last was my fault...I should have asked earlier. Would stay again."

The beach was at the end of the complex and it was much less crowded than most of the other beaches. "First of all, the property was larger than I had expected and would be very comfortable for 4 people. The place was fresh and spotless. The view out the front was postcard perfect. The common facilities, (Pool and Gas Grills) were also top notch, and were carefully cleaned by the Condominium staff everyday. The nicest surprise was how complete the kitchen and cooking equipment was. I have been to "high end" places many times where there were just 4 of each kind of dish, glass, cup and eating...

"Myself and my husband stayed with my friend and her husband. The condo was prefect for 2 couples. Having the full and fully stocked kitchen with the washer/dryer and beach chairs/umbrella worked out great for all of us. You definitely need to have a car here in Kauai. "I would like to give this property a 5 star review but——— was not told of the construction project going on just 20 feet from my front door. The nights were amazing, quiet outside with the ocean waves crashing onto the rocks outside the deck absolutely beautiful. The construction started at 9:00 am every weekday morning. Saws, loud workers as is a construction site. No naps during the day . Pool time was a joke, noise sawdust smells all day. The owner is a gem and wasn’t aware of any of this as...
