The room and all the area are very clean. The staff are very nice especially the people who are assigned at cleaning and doing laundry they always have a huge smile and always greets us warmly.

The ISO is amazing to stay at while visiting Kauai. Fresh fruit and snacks daily, the ocean views, pool fun and close to shops. The staff is incredible. The best was being able to watch the whales from our room. Second year in a row for us and can't wait to return.

It was a clean resort but basically your paying for the view of beach because the area isn’t beach accessible really! Very rocky! Pool is good but no hot tub ! Breakfast decent just cereal and fruit basically nothing hot! Coffee ok I give it an overall ok rating I thought for 300 a night you might get a bit nicer and more but I guess not in Kauai! Very clean though.

The grounds are stunning, the pool was well maintained and ocean views are breathtaking. The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The location is great if you are planning to spend time on the north and south shores, helps reduce driving times if you are planning to be very active!

Beautiful view, very quiet. Felt like only ones there. Rooms are a bit small but sufficient. Note we booked here as they had a restaurant but when we checked in we were notified it was closed for renovations and has been a long time. Very disappointed it was not noted on their website.

We were so happy to see the sunrise over the oceon every morning from our room. We loved that bike rentals were free and the Kapaa bike path was so nearby. Glad to have filtered water in the lobby. Enjoyed the clean pool and the lawn chairs in the grass area overlooking the oceon. Pastries and coffee could have been better, but were convenient still, and free. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable.

The grounds are kept so clean. We were on the 1st floor and the walk out patio to the pool was so convenient. Morning yoga among the sunrise was a highlight. Staff were courteous. Grab and go breakfast was just what a person needed to start their day. Great location!!!
