"Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...

"This spot exceeded our expectations! We had heard from friends we would want a spot with AC and some sort of kitchen. Veronica’s place was very clean, roomy, and everything worked great. The view was a big need for me. I wanted to be able to wake up and see the beach/ocean. I loved walking out onto the lanai every morning and seeing that gorgeous view right in front of me!! We definitely recommend this place and we will absolutely stay here again!"

Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. "This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha."

"This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island."
