"Our return visit to the Mitsis  Grand Hotel, another fantastic holiday, the Hotel, although large, has many quiet spots for relaxing, not least the spacious and cool reception area with lots of comfortable seating  to watch the world go by . What makes this hotel so good is the friendly and helpful staff, and boy do they work hard, hope the management fully appreciates this. nothing is too much trouble , great dining hall so much choice. We love our history so being within an easy walk into the UNESCO world heritage site of the old town is fantastic, we booked a sea view this time and looked out over the coast of Turkey, the room was very comfortable. We believe the Hotel is being rebuilt next year and have heard it is going to be something special, just hope existing customers won't be outpriced for another visit! Thanks again for a great holiday."

"Honestly so beautiful and elegant. I cried leaving this property as I didn’t want to leave From Alex the Supervisor to Eleni & Joanna by the beach bar, everyone was so pleasant and kind For context I’m mid 20’s and my mother is in her late 50’s and we both loved it so much. The wellness spa was amazing ! Incredible ! Staff there were amazing too. There were so many ways they made this stay special like surprising my mum with a birthday cake and other free things just because. Everyone is so polite and lovely. Although it is a family resort, I didn’t feel disturbed by the kids at all. Infact it was nice to have the kids around as they added a lovely touch to the resort. The resort also made adequate provision for the kids. I ate and ate till I couldn’t eat anymore ! The food is incredible. Everyone at the beach bar knew me by face and name before I left; that’s how much I loved the food The drinks are superb and I was spoilt for choice ! I feel like I was in heaven ! Thank you so much Helea ! I also enjoyed the shops available and bought three stunning pieces from the jewellery shop. Once again, thank you so much ! I’ll be back !!!"

"I liked the beach in the bay, views, fairly well equipped gym and good food. I didn't like the app's poor UX and the hotel staff to the most of the questions answering "it's available in the app". I don't mind checking/reminding myself details in the app but it would feel more hospitable if the staff could tell some brief info when asked, yet even for such a minor things like meal times I was directed to see the app. I'm a tech savvy person but I'd like be able to put my phone away whilst enjoying holidays."
