"The hotel is in a perfect, highly convenient location with incredibly easy access from the monorail station, making exploring the city a breeze. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a great space to relax after a long day. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the staff. Every team member we encountered was exceptionally helpful, warm, and attentive to our needs."

"It’ was a new and clean hotel. The location was awesome. I wished their TV had some English speaking channels but there was none. We had some issues with our reservation due to the language barrier but it worked out at the end. The rooms are much cheaper if you book on line. In addition they will only clean your room if you ask them. I thought the breakfast buffet was a bit pricey"

"What a wonderful hotel and staff! Super helpful and the rooms were so nice and spacious! Even if we had 4 beds in our room. However when I booked through Expedia it says children 1-17, and I put 2 adults and 2 children but when we got to the hotel we had to pay for extra beds because they said we wouldn’t fit on the twin beds since the kids were older 12 and 14. Also when you book get the lounge access with the breakfast, it was super good and a big variety. The Orion beer on tap was so good and they even had refrigerated glasses in the lounge. They had a lot of different alcoholic drinks and non-alcoholic drinks but that beer after walking around all day, was just different. They had all the amenities you need and even had a Family Mart downstairs in the lobby area. It is close to the market and shopping but in the city. If you want more beach type area - you may want to look somewhere else, however for the price this place was amazing."
