"Enjoyable stay and a great budget property choice. Staff were all helpful, Wi-Fi good, rooms, although snug, more than adequate for sleeping and showering. The one thing that let the property down was the lack of options at breakfast. Everyday a different breakfast meal was given but you had no idea what it would be and didn’t have another option to choose if it wasn’t to your liking. That said, the quality of the food was good. Would happily stay at the property again if looking for somewhere...

"건물 외관은 좀 낡은듯한 모습이었지만... 숙소 안으로 들어가서는 가족 모두가 감탄할만큼 훌륭했습니다. 넓은 공간으로 11명의 대가족이 쓰기에 충분했고, 고풍스러운 가구와 편안한 침대, 깨끗한 침구와 욕실, 여러가지가 잘 갖춰진 주방과 식당, 세탁기와 세제.. 무엇보다 친절한 호스트님과 꼼꼼한 매니저님 덕분에 불편함 하나없이 3박4일간의 여행이 너무나 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 또 코타여행 간다면 여기를 갈것이고, 주위에도 강력추천합니다."

"These guys know what they're doing. Absolutely amazing communication immediately after booking. They send you all the details. And tell you to update them when you're on your way. So if you're lost they will help you find the way. The interior design, the lighting, the quality and finishing, the marble used. You would think you are at a 5 star hotel. But the prices are waaaaay more attainble and what you're pay for. You are getting a bargain. Just the quality of toilet paper they're using...

"HotSpot is in a good location and good value for the price. We had a late night check in but it went smoothly because we had whatsApp it was all remote (sending us door codes and instructions on how to get our key, etc.). Also was able to get help turning on the AC via WhatsApp. During daytime hours there is a person at the desk who was very friendly."

"I think this was one of the nice hotels i Kota Kinabalu. Not too new and some better maintenance is possible, but for the prices offered, it's definitely OK. My observations from that hotel and from the next, in Sandakan, show that probably in all Malaysia (or at least in Borneo) there is something to be improved in housekeeping. It took some effort to receive towels, there were some chambermaid's hairs on the floor... things like that are definitely not the best, even though I won't remember...
