"To get straight to the point: We strongly advise against booking this accommodation. Although we had booked two nights, we left the apartment after just a few hours because we were so horrified. Communication was poor from the outset and we had difficulties checking in, but we were unable to contact the hostess. The apartment itself was in a catastrophic state. "Staff is extremely helpful and friendly (best thing about the place). The hotel has a good location, in one of the main streets of the city, with walking-distance to restaurants, markets, mall and nightlife. Maintenance is the main problem in the room which also leads the impression of not being clean enough, although it might be. Mattress and pillow are okay, but there is room to improvements."
