The location is in city center (Karatay),near Mevlana museum. There are all sorts of transportation, just few steps on the main street. The Roos are clean. Breakfast is reasonable.

A cute small hotel in the perfect spot in Konya for walking around. (This picture on the site does not do justice to how pleasant the environment is). The staff were pleasant; the room was spotlessly clean, and cleaned every day for the few days that I was there. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful 6 nights stay here. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. The only issue is they should provide hot eggs in the breakfast. They can put the eggs in hot water to keep them warm. This will make the breakfast experience a pleasant one.

Good experience

I am traveling around the world on my bicycle, and Lotus hotel was very accommodating of me. The room was clean, the shower was hot. Breakfast is the standard Turkish breakfast, and was good. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Overall very good value for money

I booked this place because it was near the Mevlana museum and I read many reviews saying that it's very clean. Honestly, I'm OCD-ish, so the cleanliness was not up to my standards. It appears clean, but there is dust everywhere (so I had to sit and wipe some surfaces). There is a weird smell in the rooms, a mix of humidity and weird chemical cleaning products. They only have a staircase, no elevator, and they don't help you take your luggage upstairs. The breakfast is not that special. It's a plate (laid out for you) with a slice of cucumber, cheese, an egg, olives, honey, and jam. It's in a very central good location, only 2 minutes away from the museum. If you're staying for one night, it would be an okay experience, especially considering the price, otherwise I'd recommend choosing something better.

We booked a one night stay here,check in was quick and easy.The room and bathroom was clean and had everything we needed.The location is excellent, Rumi's museum and sultan Salim mosque is just a minute 's walk directly behind the hotel where you'll also find all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was simple and filling. An excellent hotel for the price.

I booked hotel with free carparking but end up paying 40TL at other parking lots. Staff at the reception were not helpful. I can understand that there was language barrier which not mentioned in the description. But no intention of taking steps to help and resolve

For the price you're paying and the location of the hotel, i suppose you can not judge amenities but what should be present is a clean and hygienic room, regardless of any price you pay. I did my booking and it was not confirmed with the hotel, i had the confirmation with me but hotel did not have them, they gave us a small room for with single bed for two people. Breakfast was included in my booking and the staff told us at 8:00 am in the morning that breakfast is finished. The staff were very rude and they did not have any training in hospitality. Over all the worst experience i had.

Kendimi tembihledim hep kötü yorum yapmayayım diye ama elden başka şey gelmiyor. Konum çok iyi hemen arkası Mevlana türbesi ve her yere, ulaşım kaynaklarına da yakın. Caddede çok sayıda benzer otel de var. Otel temiz gibiydi; çarşaflar vs temizdi ama kıl saç yapışmış kalmış ütü zamanında önceden. Yıkamacılar dikkat etmemiş belli ki. Yataklar çok sert 2 gece kaldık belim sızladı malesef. Odada su yok bunu geçtik; kahvaltıya önceden tabakları hazırlayıp bırakmışlar sadece çay ve meyve suyu var; su yok! Kahvaltı safi bir tabak. Su olmayan bir kahvaltı nasıl bir otelciliktir pek bilemedim, bir damacana koyarsın en azından. Hiç rastlamadığımdan anlamlandıramıyorum. Rica ile kendi sularından bir bardak verdiler çocuğa misal. Odamızda saç kurutma makinesi yoktu, haberleri de yoktu. duvara monte olması lazım dediler ama yoktu, yedek bir makine verdiler kablosu kopuk bantlanmış o da sökük korka korka kullandık. Bu sebeple telafi için yeni oda verdiler, 3 kişilik teraslı diye ve daha iyi oda diye de belirttiler. Ama o da wc den koku geri tepmiş, girdiğimizde oda çok fena kokuyordu. Havalandıması yoktu wc nin. Su akıttık vs havalandırdık geçti ama gece de kalkıp su akıttık. Fiyat ucuz olduğundan çekilebilir sadece yatmak için. Kahvaltıya da 2. gün dışarıya gitmek zorunda kaldık ekstra bütçe çıktı.
