Nice but can be improved

The reception manager and the guy who paked our car on the first day, despite the language barrier, although the first spoke basic English, were friendly and very hepful. The location could not be better to visit Konya on foot. Parking was safe and free a short walking distance from the hotel. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable. However, the smell of cigarette lingered, something which is quite common in Turkey as a whole. Breakfast was the low as it was quite limited and not well taken care of. Alll in all, I think the the property strenghts supass its points for improvement, and our experience was a nice one.

Wouldn’t stay here again

The hotel was centrally located and the staff accommodating to their ability and grasp of the English language. We don’t know Turkish, so communication was not as easy as it could have been. The hotel smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, so that was off-putting. Hallways were dim. Room was spacious and big window provided good ventilation. Hotel was located on a noisy street across from a Kebap restaurant, so smell drifted in; air conditioner was broken, room was comfortable, but needed updating and cleaning. I wouldn’t stay there again even though I enjoyed the layout of the room with most of a wall dividing the bed area from the window so there was good privacy. Breakfast was good the first day, though cold. Second day not much food; no attention to need for replenishment nor clearing tables. Maybe they were short staffed? Redeeming quality was walk ability as hotel was close to everything we wanted or needed.

Harika konum, vasat oda, güleryüzlü çalışanlar

Konya'ya ilk gidişim. Ailemle 3 kişilik 3 tek yataklı oda olması ve şehir merkezinde olmasından dolayı tercih ettik. Konumu çok iyi. Çoğu gezilecek yere ve restorantlara yürüme mesafesinde. Oda tam bir hayal kırıklığı! Yataklar çocuk yatağı boyutunda. Odada değil 3 kişinin ihtiyacını karşılayacak alan olması, tek gitseydim bile eşyaları koyacak alan yok. Temizlik idare ederdi. Banyo çok eski. Tamamen yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Lobi ve kahvaltı salonunda çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı çeşitli ve temizdi. 2 gece kaldık.
