Birsel was so supportive and helpful for us during our stay. The hotel was close to the beach and bus nearby to go to other parts of the city. Birsel’s super demeanor made it extra warm for us and allowed for more enjoyment. The hotel is the perfect stay in the city.

Firstly reception staff was very helpful. Thanks! Rooms are not so big but more than enough. There's no elevator in the hotel but while we were on the 2nd floor, it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was also nice. Again more than enough. You can choose and stay in Basel Hotel without any doubt.

A really nice hotel (with a couple of flaws)

Nice staff, great cleaning service, good design, great playlist in the lobby. Breakfast includes nice hot and cold vegetarian Turkish dishes. On the downside, no juices, yoghurt, or fruit (occationally watermelon), and only instant coffee. The gym is really run down with most machines broken. Eight minutes walk to the beach. Still, all in all we really enjoyed our stay!

Great value for money choice!

my initial feeling was just good... as time passed I found that I made a mistake.. the guys were excellent and polite, my room was comfortable,cool and clean.. I really enjoyed the old school gym and the pool was great.. Great breakfast every day with variety and many choices It was also important that the person in charge spoke excellent English, which is difficult to find in Turkey... Overall it was a great staying!!

Check in was excellent and early. Reception staff very nice. On the surface hotel looks ok however electrical cable hanging inside window and windows were filthy. No balcony which i should have checked before booking so not blaming hotel. Expensive for what it is. Better cheaper options in the area.

Good location, close to the beach.

The hotel has a good design but are not well maintained. The shower head holder was broken, the rain shower wasn’t intact so it was just for show. The sofa in the room had large burn marks. Overall the furniture had spots that made the room look not so clean. Breakfast was good. Except the didn’t have coffee which I think is a must! (Powder coffee is a big No No!) The staff was great. They were very helpful at all times, but I can’t justify the rating they have today.

This hotel is perfect. I had reserved it only for one night but later I decided to stay one more night. Super clean. Polite and smiling staff. Extremely beautiful interior design and facade. Very comfy. Definitely recommend.The only thing that should be changed is the way the breakfast is served. It is served in a plate for every person. The manager said that they are going to switch to the buffet style very soon and they are working on it. Also the hotel has a very clean and nice pool))

Relaxing stay in Konyaalti, Antalya

We were told that the desk is manned 24hrs a day, so we would have no issues checking in. (1am) We were greeted by Mr Sarhat, he was welcoming and polite. He later helped me order food in from a take out (2am) In the morning, we were greeted by a new member of staff, Mr Sabir. He was equally a pleasant, polite and helpful person. One one of the days we had a tour booked - they always seem to collect before breakfast. Sabir went to the kitchen and got us some fresh bread (Pisi) which he didn't need to do - this was extremely kind of him. We met Mr Murad, the manager later in the afternoon. He was extremely helpful in getting tours booked. He was also great to have a chat and laugh with! If you visit and decide to book any tours, Murad will gladly help. I would say, take towels, swimwear, and a change of clothes if you go on a boat tour! The breakfasts were traditional Turkish, so if you only eat western continental, do request additional items as you will struggle. Black tea was on tap, coffee too. The rooms were cleaned as long as you put the "clean my room" tag up on the door handle which is as expected. They were always cleaned to a very good standard. They top your fridge/cooler with water on every clean. The pool was a delight to use, especially to cool off from the searing heat of the afternoon! Request towels, as they are not kept poolside. I would visit again in a heartbeat. I loved our stay here.

Kahvaltı yetersiz, ekmek çeşitleri sıcak ekmek, börek vb şeyler yok. deluxe oda da kaldım duş seti çok kötü, bozuk ve her an elinizde kalabilir. Oda servisi belli saatlerde varmış ütü istediğimde kendim almam gerekiyor gibi bişey söyledi sonra, kendisi getirdi. Gördüğüm kadarıyla kafesi görüntü olarak güzel. Deluxe oda olarak m2 küçük. Ses yalıtımı açısından çok zayıf ve ek olarak odanın içindeki çekmece çürümüştü, duvar kağıdı aşınmıştı. Bu hiç hijyenik değil. Kalanlar neyi övdüler bu kadar anlayamıyorum. Pansiyon gibi bir hava ve asansörün olmaması kadar kötü bişey daha olamaz. Gece tuvaletlerde inanılmaz bir koku vardı buda bir sorun. Asla parasını haketmiyor.

Bodde i en vecka med min vän och vi är verkligen nöjda! Personalen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpte och besvarade alla våra frågor. Hotellet ligger även på ett väldigt bra område så man kan både promenera till stranden men även shoppingcentret under 15 min. För alla som vill utforska Antalya och inte behöver en all inclusive hotell kommer vara väldigt nöjda här.
