Very nice, modern and clean hotel in a great location, few minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms a little small but expected in the area. Although I was in upper floor it was noisy and can use more sound proofing, in all highly recommended.

Great place!

Only 6 mins walk to beach, very nice shower, rooms are nice. Breakfast is very nice! Defo recommend and stay here again when I come back!

It’s so bad experience

We had booked the hotel with breakfast included, but unfortunately, we were faced with something resembling a battlefield ration. A plate with wilted lettuce and stale potatoes, along with a few small containers that felt more like an insult to the dignity of the person receiving the plate, accompanied by a single cup of tea. If you wish to have a second cup of tea or even a coffee, you’ll be met with a surprising bill. While the location of the hotel is excellent, the service and the so-called "breakfast included" offering are more of an insult than a benefit.

44 days in Turkay Hotel Review

I have been to more than 50 countries and stayed in more than 100 hotels. This hotel has a few major problems.Let me start with my good experience. I stayed in this hotel 32 days by myself and 12 days with my mother. The breakfast staff are fantastic. All of them extremely welcoming and professional and friendly. Bad experience: Most unprofessional, rude front desk staff and Manager ( skinny short guy ). The reception staff are unhelpful, ignorant and unresponsive. ( only Sergei and Mete are helpful and kind ) . Night shift reception is out of control and I believe the owner of this hotel has to take immediate action towards this individual. He is the most rude and unprofessional individual I have ever seen as a hotel receptionist. Daily room cleaning is never done properly. The floor and washroom are never cleaned. It’s a brand new hotel and a great location if you’re okay with street noise and a little bit of noise from a restaurant nearby with loud music. I hope the owner of this hotel reads this review and takes action against a few bad apples which affect guests' experience negatively.

Новый приятный отель недалеко от пляжа Коньялты

Совсем новенький, идеально чистый и приятный отель недалеко от благоустроенной набережной (Коньяалты) - минут 7-10 пешком. Вкусный завтрак в панорамном ресторане с видом на горы и море на 8-м этаже отеля. Не шведский стол, а индивидуальный турецкий завтрак с большим количеством всего разного - голодным не уйдешь. Хотя за неделю хочется большего разнообразия. В номере есть чайник. Внимательные и доброжелательные сотрудники отеля и ресторана. Гостей пока не очень много, нет пакетных туристов и групп - для меня это очень большой плюс. Из минусов могу отметить только расположение рядом с шумной улицей (в номерах слышно; берите беруши) и отсутствие прямого вида на море (не первая линия). В остальном отель прекрасен.
